Florida Supreme Court renders Seminal Ruling on the Rights of Biological Fathers

On June 28, 2018, the Florida Supreme Court issued a ruling allowing a biological father to establish parental rights when the child’s mother is married at the time of the child’s birth and the mother and spouse object to the action.
