Recent Change in Florida Laws to Address Cyperstalking
Effective October 1, 2012, several changes to various statutes have been implemented. Among those was House Bill 1099 that, among other things, changed the Florida law to create a civil cause of action for an injunction for protection against stalking or cyberstalking.
